Lifetime ban cheating player at WSOP event 3

During WSOP event 3 ($1.000 No Limit Hold’em) a hand was dealt before the break. All players that weren’t in the hand allready left the table where this guy wins the pot and takes the chips the dealer shoved hiw way. It looked like he was leaning on the table with his other arm but meanwhile, when the dealer wasn’t watching him, he shoves a big stack of his neighbour to his winning pot.

A few minutes later he got himself escorted out of the Rio and Director Jack Effel told the press “He’ll be banned from the World Series forever.”

Durrrr accepts bracelet sidebets

Durrrr has posted some sidebets on the 2+2 forum regarding the WSOP.

“I’m taking the following bets:

3.25-1 on getting a bracelet this year, london counts
2-1 on getting 2 bracelets in 3years, london counts as a chop (if i win 2+ in vegas i win, if i win 8 in london 0/1 in vegas we wash)
me vs ivey getting 2-1, london counts, if we both win a bracelet its a wash (even if i win 8 and he wins 1 its a wash or vice versa)
me vs negreanu getting 2-1, london counts, if we both win a bracelet its a wash (even if i win 8 and he wins 1 its a wash or vice versa)
most cashes at wsop (with or without london) vs anyone of your choosing i get 1.3-1″

Phil Hellmuth better then Durrrr, Ivey and Antonius?

While having an interview with PokerPlayer Magazine Phil Hellmuth, Ultimatebet pro, was asked if he is a better pokerplayer then Durrrr, Ivey and Antonius.

“In Hold’em? Yes – in tournaments and cash games. I still think that if I played with them every day for a month, I would beat them. Maybe they would beat me for the first two or three days.”

Phils answer on the fact being bullied around for having blowups and other pokerplayers calling him a donk and a fish:
“I am the leading World Series of Poker bracelet winner, all at Hold’em, and there is an impression out there that I am not good at poker? Huh? That doesn’t even make sense to me.”

The final sentence of the interview:
“For the people out there who don’t believe I’m one of the greatest at Texas Hold’em, I think it’s kind of funny. But when they play with me this year, they will understand.”

Well I think you need to give the guy some credits, we will see what this years WSOP brings Phil..

Mike Matusow naked down the strip?

Mike Matusow made a rather strange statement while playing cards on Poker2Nite. People at the table discussed women and poker and the conclussion was that is the year of Women sofar.

Mike made an instant sidebet: “I’m gonna tell you right now: if three women win a bracelet at the World Series of Poker, i’ll run naked down the Strip with a camera behind me.”

We hope at least 3 women win a bracelet.. and not to see Mike in Adams costume
